Management Team
UK - Alex Bomberg, member of the Institute
of Directors, specialises in counter espionage, intelligence
and electronic eavesdropping; heads up the operational element
of the company. Alex is a former member of the British Army
who during his service was an Aide to members of the British
Royal Family at Kensington Palace, London.
UK - Ron Bomberg, who specialises in Electronic
Interception and surface mount electronics, heads our technical
team. Ron is a former deputy head of a NAMAS laboratory within
the UK.
USA
- David Paxton, specialist in firearms and training. Manages
our office in California with great emphasis on Armed Close
Protection operations worldwide.

Military Intelligence officer, specialist in electronic counter
measures and interception. Highly experienced in all aspects
of technical counter espionage.
W.A Senior advisor on Military Training issues, a former RSM
in the British Army and former head NCO of the British Army's
Operational Tactical Training wing (OPTAG).
R.S: Former Sergeant Major in 22 SAS, specialist at clandestine
operations worldwide.
K.F Former Aide to Middle Eastern royal family. Expert in Middle
Eastern affairs, politics and customs. Fluent in Arabic.
C.M: Former Sergeant Major in British Intelligence (14 Intelligence
company), an expert defensive driver and surveillance operative.
T.J: Former member of the British Royal Protection Squad, 12
years of experience in management of VIP protection teams.
P.B: Former HM Customs and Excise and later with NCIS, 15 years
of financial and fraud investigations and analysis experience.
Legal team:
A top London law firm who specialise in international affairs,
Mergers and Acquisitions, International cross border disputes
and Litigation, deal with our legal issues.
Technical personnel:
Our technical team is a combination of communications specialists,
electronic engineers and computer experts. All our technical
